Returns & Exhanges
Items purchased from Panoply may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from purchase date or within 30 days for store credit. Returned items must be postmarked by the 14th or 30th day after purchase to be eligible.
If you wish to return an item, please e-mail us at email@example.com for a return label. We will send it ASAP via e-mail. Only one return label will be issued per purchase.
Free return shipping is only available in the United States. We currently do not provide free return shipping internationally.
Each customer will have to create a Panoply account to receive store credit for any return.
Any item marked SALE will not be eligible for a refund but can be exchanged for a different size, item or store credit. Any SALE items are also not eligible for free return shipping.
For hygiene purposes, we cannot offer any type of exchange or credit for pierced jewelry pieces.
All returns must make it back to us in saleable condition in the original packaging with all tags attached.
No washed or worn items will be eligible for return.
Please be cautious when trying on the item and avoid wearing any deodorant, make-up, perfumes, etc. It is up to Panoply’s discretion whether or not the item is returnable.
